CreativeWomen Collective

October 1–3, 2025 | The Fontaine Hotel | Kansas City

Designed exclusively for female financial advisors, this two-day experience combined professional development with meaningful networking and relationship-building.


Day one focused on emotional intelligence and executive presence, highlighting how self-awareness and interpersonal skills strengthen client relationships. The evening concluded with networking, dinner, and cocktails at The Fontaine Hotel, creating opportunities for authentic connection.


Day two featured a robust lineup of sessions covering topics uniquely relevant to women advisors and their clients, including Washington policy and self-advocacy, supporting sandwich-generation families, financial therapy, divorce financial planning, authentic sales conversations, and bold client acquisition strategies.


The event concluded with sessions on digital marketing, a panel of successful women entrepreneurs, and a special presentation connecting women in wealth management with women in professional sports—reinforcing themes of leadership, empowerment, and breaking barriers.

CreativeWomen Collective brought together ambitious women in the industry for a unique and inspiring event in downtown Kansas City. Held at an art-centered location, the gathering provided a vibrant backdrop for meaningful conversations and collaborations. Attendees had the opportunity to connect and collaborate with like-minded female professionals, fostering creativity and innovation.


Focused discussions on topics such as growth, female-driven events, and developing thinking partners encouraged participants to challenge their mindsets and think strategically.
